Mental Health Support Services

Do you sometimes have difficulty with…

1. Living on your own?

2. Taking care of yourself while trying to keep your home going?

3. Feeling overwhelmed or angry with all of life’s demands?

4. Keeping your home and family organized and successful?

5. Finding and keeping healthy relationships?

6. Staying consistent with your medication and treatment?

7. Budgeting your finances, keeping a job, staying motivated?

8. Feeling alone, like nobody cares or understands you?

Mental Health Support Services is a Medicaid-funded program for adults. Our professional and experienced counselors will visit you in your home and community a couple of times each week. If you are not covered by Medicaid, you may elect to self-pay.

Our goal is to encourage and support your independence at home and in your community.

Even if you already have a case manager, a psychiatrist or therapist, you may still benefit from having one of our counselors help you coordinate those services. And, the counselor will work side by side with you in your own home.

Or you may not have anyone else involved, and you could benefit from having our counselor help you access other community services.

Having a serious mental illness or other emotional difficulties should not keep you from being independent, successful, and able to enjoy life!

We all need support and encouragement and sometimes we need a little extra help.
